Appeals Court Calls Roe v. Wade an ‘Aberration’


A panel of judges on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Alabama’s effort to outlaw the gruesome dismemberment abortion procedure has to be struck down because that’s the precedent set by the U.S. Supreme Court.

But the judges then gave their superiors in Washington a tongue-lashing for such an “aberration.”

The fight was over an Alabama law that outlawed those dismemberment procedures. Abortionists at the West Alabama Women’s Center had fought in court to have them reinstated.

They got their way.
